
Lisa Grimes, RMT (member of
MTAS and CMTA) is the owner / operator of Exhale Massage Clinic
and Day Spa. She graduated with a Diploma from Mckay Massage and
Hydrotherapy program in Saskatoon, Sask. in 2002. Upon graduation
wrote her Board exam to become registered with MTAS and has since
furthered her education and specializes in Pregancy Massage (pre
and post-natal),is an Infant Massage Instructor and is a trained
Doula. She also has her Level 1 in Myofascial Release and plans
to finish all levels in that as well as all levels in lymphatic
drainage. Lisa practices Relaxation and Therapuetic Massage, Sports
Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Therapeutic Related Spa Treatments
such as Detox wraps, Mud/Clay wraps, Salt Glows and paraffin treatments.
Allison Harkins, RMT (Member
of MTAS and CMTA) attended Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies
full time for two years between August 2005 and July 2007.In that
time we massaged in a special Needs School, Senior's Facilities,
at the Regina City Maraton, as well as at the school's evening clinic.
Upon graduation she wrote her Board exam to become registered with
MTAS and has furthered her education in Reiki taking her first level
and plans to continue through the other levels.She also has interest
in continuing to take many different courses including Equine Massage,
Reflexology, and acupressure to name a few. Allison practices relaxation
and Therapeutic massage as well as Therapeutic related Spa Treatments
such as Mud/Clay Wraps, Salt Glows, etc.
Tanis Young, RMT Graduated
from the Proffesional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2002 and has
since became a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Cananda
Association (NHPC). Upon Graduation, she practiced in Saskatoon
at a busy Massage Clinic as well as a seniors home for 2 years before
relocating to Estevan in 2004. Tanis is specifically trained in
Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Active Release Technique, Trigger
Point Release and Manual Lymph Drainage. Using a variety of these
techniques she provides stress and pain reduction, pre & post-natal
care, deep tissue Massage and Relaxation Massage, and can also do
therapeutic related spa treatments.
Donna Glasser, RMT attended
Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies INC. and Graduated
as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2003. She is a member of the
Natural Health Practitioners of Canada, a Canadian wide association
for massage Therapists and Wholistic practitioners. Donna combines
classic Swedish Massage with techniques developed from study in
clinical Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi and Indian Head Massage. Along with
mandatory CPR/First Aid training , she has also trained to perform
Hydrotherapy Treatments such as Mud Wraps and Salt Glows. In February
2008, Donna received her 2nd degree in Reiki training from SIAST
college in saskatoon. Reiki is an energy therapy that provides deep
relaxation for better health.
Brittany Davis, RMT
Brittany graduated in 2007 from the Western College of Remedial
Massage Therapies in Regina. A member of the Massage Therapist Association
of Saskatchewan (MTAS) since 2007. She has training in relaxation
& therapeutic massage, as well as TMJ treatment, hot stone massage,
body wraps and salt glows. She has a special interest in myofascial
release with plans to attend courses on the subject in the future.
Sherry Arp-Keating (Esthetician),
attended Marca College of Hair and Esthetics program in 1998-1999.
She then furthered her education at the academy of Nails and Design,
Artificial Nail Program in 2008, and does Gel , Acrylic, and Fiberglass
Nails.She has also taken a customer service program at SIAST. In
the future Sherry would also like to further her education in Reflexology
and take a Health / Nutrition class to help others live healthier
lives. Sherry specializes in facials (both spa facials and facials
designed for your specific needs), manicures / Pedicures, Waxing,
Ear Candeling, Artificial Nails (fingers and toes), as well as Salt
Glows and paraffin treatments.
Erin Tocker - Massage Therapist
I am a graduate from the McKay
School of Massage and Hydrotherapy where I completed a 2200 hour
diploma program in Saskatoon, Sask in 2001. I have been a member
of the National Health Practicioners of Canada that is based out
of Alberta since 2001. Currently I am focusing on and providing
relaxation massage to my clients and one day aspire to studying
the art of Thai Massage.
Michael Walker - Massage
Therapist
I was born and raised in Estevan. I moved to Calgary and lived there
for 6 years, where I studied massage theraopy, reflexology, and
Accupressure. I worked in a chiropractic office for two years. The
spa is a new setting for me but I am excited for the experience.
My hobbies are music, dance and I practice martial arts to keep
in shape and focused. It is good to work with these talented people
and look forward to days to come.
